Job Summary

Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: High Point NC 27262
Schedule: Nights 11P-7:30A(30)
Payrange: $30/hr -$41/hr

Responsibilities:

Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Provide wound care and assist with other medical treatments
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing dressing and mobility
Collect samples for lab tests and perform basic diagnostic procedures
Document patient care observations and changes in condition
Communicate effectively with patients families and the healthcare team
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
Follow all healthcare regulations and facility protocols.

License and Certification:

Active LPN license
BLS certification
