Job Description
Location: High Point NC 27262
Schedule: Nights 11P-7:30A(30)
Payrange: $30/hr -$41/hr
- Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Provide wound care and assist with other medical treatments
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing dressing and mobility
- Collect samples for lab tests and perform basic diagnostic procedures
- Document patient care observations and changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with patients families and the healthcare team
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
- Follow all healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
- Active LPN license
- BLS certification
