**Facility has COUNTY RESTRICTIONS** The Caregiver cannot reside in the following counties: WARREN WASHINGTON FULTON MONTGOMERY RENSSELAER SCHENECTADY COLUMBIA GREENE DUTCHESS ULSTER ALBANY. Candidates that have worked as staff at this facility in the past year will not be considered and candidates that have worked full time as staff within AMC network (AMC GFH Saratoga and CMH) within the past six months will not be considered. CHARTING: EPIC. - The caregiver will be required to take an ECG exam once they arrive at the facility. Study material is provided before start. If the caregiver does not get an 85% or higher or misses critical rhythms the contract may be terminated. This is a timed closed book exam. Study guide will be sent from hospital. We STRONGLY encourage review of this before the caregiver starts.

Must have 5 years current ED experience. Must be crisis evaluators for MH patients within the ED. Must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric advanced life support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Every other weekend/holiday. MUST have EPIC experience. **THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT. **THIS UNIT WILL NOT ACCEPT TRAVELERS FROM THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN NY: WARREN WASHINGTON FULTON MONTGOMERY RENSSELAER SARATOGA SCHENECTADY COLUMBIA GREENE DUTCHESS ULSTER ALBANY.**
