Job Summary

For Holiday Coverage Travelers are REQUIRED to work TWO of the following:
Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after
NOTE Extensions that are requested to END in November or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an extension at the beginning of 2026
Evaluates directs plans and provides treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.

- 2 Years current OT experience
- Bachelor Master or Doctorate degree required
- Valid Driver License and Vehicle required
- Assignment Locations: 71 Hospital Ave North Adams MA and 725 North Street Pittsfield MA. Mileage will not be supplied for this need.
- Traveler perm address must be included in profile
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- ANY/ALL RTO MUST BE INCLUDED IN PROFILE TO BE CONSIDERED BY FACILITY

- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
