Summary: CHI St. Alexius is looking for locum IR coverage. Client needs IR general (stroke capabilities are preferred but not required). The coverage is an 8 hour day generally anywhere between 8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a and 24 hour call on the weekends.
Rates for Submission
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation $575 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
On Call (Daily) $5300 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $7950 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
DAILY - $5750
HOLIDAY DAILY - $8625
Call Back $575 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back $862.50 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Average Callback Hours: 1.5 hours

Deal breakers: Client needs a provider with IR general experience. Stroke capability would be secondary but must be able to perform the list of general IR procedures first.

- How often should they expect call back during the weekday and weekend call shifts VAries due to certain circumstances normally only comes in for emergencies
