Job Summary
Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer ServiceNow Platform (AI & Now Platform)
Location: Santa Clara CA ( Day 1 onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications integrations and custom development.
Establish infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for ServiceNow environments
Automate build test deployment and monitoring workflows for ServiceNow and related services.
Partner with engineering teams to embed AI/ML models into the ServiceNow platform (e.g. predictive intelligence generative AI intelligent automation).
Drive observability monitoring and alerting frameworks for ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and performance.
Optimize platform reliability and performance at scale ensuring zero-downtime upgrades and releases.
Collaborate with Engineers and Engg leaders on DevOps best practices governance and security for ServiceNow.
Build DORA reporting to track the code push code coverage
Research and introduce emerging AI/automation capabilities in the ServiceNow ecosystem to continuously modernize the platform.
Required Qualifications
8 years of DevOps engineering experience with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow Now Platform.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps or equivalent).
Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform development deployments and upgrades.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integration into enterprise applications.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python JavaScript PowerShell or Shell).
Knowledge of ServiceNow DevOps module and AI Search.
Strong understanding of security compliance and governance in enterprise environments.
Excellent problem-solving debugging and performance optimization skills.
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional technical decisions.
