- Lead IT projects from initiation through completion ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget.
- Manage project artifacts including budgets schedules risk/issue logs and change requests.
- Provide regular status reporting to executives stakeholders and project teams.
- Oversee vendor deliverables and coordinate across multiple vendors in a government environment.
- Utilize project portfolio management tools (e.g. Clarity) and MS Project to track progress.
- Engage with stakeholders and system owners across multiple departments to align project objectives.
- Drive successful delivery of COTS-based solutions
