Overview:
The Project Coordinator supports the planning execution and delivery of data center construction and infrastructure projects. This role ensures project tasks are completed on time within scope and aligned with client requirements while maintaining clear communication between internal teams vendors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling budgeting and documentation for data center buildouts and upgrades.
Track project milestones deliverables and dependencies reporting status to the project manager and stakeholders.
Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate records including change orders RFIs and project documentation.
Support compliance with safety quality and industry standards throughout project execution.
Qualifications:
1 3 years of experience in project coordination construction or related field (data center experience preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet or similar).
Familiarity with low-voltage systems networking or electrical infrastructure a plus.
