Job Title: Project Manager with Scrum Master experience
Must Have Experience:
- Project Manager with Scrum master experience
- Scrum master certification
- Experience with Agile
- Experience with GCP & TIBCO & BODS
- Experience managing direct reports 2 onshore & 8 offshore resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitation: Organizes and leads all Scrum events such as Daily Scrums Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Impediment Removal: Identifies and removes obstacles that hinder the teams progress and productivity.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Coaches team members and the Product Owner on Scrum principles values and best practices promoting continuous improvement.
- Shielding the Team: Protects the development team from external distractions and interruptions to maintain focus and efficiency.
- Promoting Agility: Drives the adoption of Agile methodologies and helps the organization understand and embrace Scrum.
- Collaboration: Fosters strong teamwork and facilitates communication between the development team Product Owner and other stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Monitors team progress and performance helping to identify areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with project goals
