Location: Bolingbrook Illinois IL (On site 100% of the time)

Job Title: Project Manager with Scrum Master experience

Must Have Experience:

Project Manager with Scrum master experience
Scrum master certification
Experience with Agile
Experience with GCP & TIBCO & BODS
Experience managing direct reports 2 onshore & 8 offshore resources

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitation: Organizes and leads all Scrum events such as Daily Scrums Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Impediment Removal: Identifies and removes obstacles that hinder the teams progress and productivity.
Coaching and Mentoring: Coaches team members and the Product Owner on Scrum principles values and best practices promoting continuous improvement.
Shielding the Team: Protects the development team from external distractions and interruptions to maintain focus and efficiency.
Promoting Agility: Drives the adoption of Agile methodologies and helps the organization understand and embrace Scrum.
Collaboration: Fosters strong teamwork and facilitates communication between the development team Product Owner and other stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring: Monitors team progress and performance helping to identify areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with project goals
