Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 5 to join our team. This role will involve analyzing business requirements reviewing technical designs identifying system gaps and supporting responsive design application development. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst strong expertise in technical and functional analysis and a passion for creating human-centric solutions.
- Review technical designs and specifications for completeness accuracy and conformance to quality standards.
- Support responsive design application development with a focus on user-centered solutions.
- Identify gaps in existing software systems and design solutions through new features third-party integrations or enhancements to legacy systems.
- Break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams while balancing technical constraints.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms with stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Expertise in reviewing technical designs and specifications.
- Strong background in responsive design application development.
- Knowledgeable about current software development best practices including Agile DevOps and modern programming languages and frameworks
- Proven ability to identify software gaps and deliver solutions.
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

- Interview Process: In-person interviews at MSP Headquarters (valid ID required).
- Hybrid: Onsite 2 5 days per week at the managers discretion. No remote-only option.
- Local candidates only: Must be located within 2 hours of Dimondale MI.
