Specific Qualifications:

3 years of prior restaurant management experience in high volume ($5M) casual or upscale/fine dining required
Banquet/Private Dining experience
Italian food wine and service experience a plus
Exceptional people and development skills and a proven track record in attracting assessing developing coaching and managing talent
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization
Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with team members
