Specific Qualifications:
- 3 years of prior restaurant management experience in high volume ($5M) casual or upscale/fine dining required
- Banquet/Private Dining experience
- Italian food wine and service experience a plus
- Exceptional people and development skills and a proven track record in attracting assessing developing coaching and managing talent
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization
- Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with team members
