Eliciting documenting and mapping Salesforce data to/from 3rd party and custom systems (SAP Data Lake etc.)

Perform analysis and design using various methods including: business requirements functional specifications user stories/acceptance criteria use cases swim lanes and process flows swim lane diagrams AS-IS / TO-BE diagrams and mock-ups/wireframes.

Understanding of best practices with Digital User Interface designs and User Experience.
