Job Title : Dynamics 365 & CPQ Functional Consultant

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 8 15 years

Location : New York City New York

Responsibilities:

8 15 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementations (Sales Customer Engagement Field Service or related modules).
Strong expertise in CPQ (Configure Price Quote) implementations including product modeling pricing bundling and discounting strategies.
In-depth knowledge of quote-to-cash lifecycle subscription management and revenue recognition processes.
Prior experience with Revenue Cloud CPQ Lightning or Salesforce CPQ is a plus (if relevant to the organization).
Experience in process design business analysis and functional configuration.
Experience in leading workshops training and UAT sessions.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integrations using Power Automate APIs or middleware tools.
Excellent understanding of workflow automation approvals and business rules within Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar) integrations.
Understanding of cloud deployment models and CRM best practices.
Lead the requirements gathering analysis and design for Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ solutions.
Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Sales Customer Engagement and CPQ modules according to business needs.
Design and optimize quote-to-cash processes including product configuration pricing discounting approval workflows and contract management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct solution demonstrations workshops and UAT sessions.
Support post-implementation stabilization enhancements and upgrades.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
