Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with solid experience in the Banking domain especially candidates who have previously worked at Capital One or similar top-tier financial institutions. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain scalable web applications that support key banking operations ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain full stack web applications using Java Spring Boot Angular/React.
Collaborate with business analysts product owners and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for data integration.
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Angular or React.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize applications to meet performance and security standards.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain code versioning practices.
Participate in Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and data security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer in the Banking / Financial Services industry.
Prior experience working at Capital One JP Morgan or other major financial institutions is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot RESTful APIs.
Front-end development using Angular or React.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI etc.).
Strong knowledge of Agile development practices.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working in Capital One JP Morgan Wells Fargo or other large financial institutions.
Knowledge of Banking-specific applications and processes.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure).
