Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role located in Denver CO for an Onsite Maintenance Lead. The Onsite Maintenance Lead will be responsible for managing and performing daily maintenance tasks which include equipment maintenance preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular inspections coordinating repairs maintaining records and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Onsite Maintenance Lead will also manage a team of maintenance personnel.
Qualifications
- Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Routine Maintenance tasks
- Abilities in Troubleshooting
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred
- Relevant certification in maintenance or related field is a plus
- Experience in community or property management is a plus
