Senior Attorney

As a Senior Attorney you will play a crucial role in driving impactful outcomes for clients. Youll be responsible for representing individuals in complex employment law cases offering sound legal counsel conducting research and litigating with confidence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
  • Represent clients in litigation from filing to resolution.

  • Draft clear precise and compelling legal documents.

  • Communicate regularly with clients ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their case.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in the state of Georgia.
  • Expertise in employment and labor law.
  • Strong litigation and case management experience.
  • Proven ability to provide accurate legal advice and conduct meticulous research.
  • Excellent negotiation written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
