Remote AI Data Architect Public Sector
Location: Preferably Colorado
Duration: 6 months
We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Data Architect to lead data-driven initiatives in the public sector. This role requires deep expertise in AI technologies data architecture and risk management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify assess and implement AI-powered solutions while ensuring security ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesUse Case Assessment: Evaluate potential AI projects for feasibility impact and risk.
Solution Architecture: Design and review AI solutions ensuring scalable secure and high-quality data architectures for AI/ML workloads.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks including data privacy issues algorithmic bias and misuse of AI.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide technical and ethical guidance and help operationalize AI processes.
Technology Evaluation: Monitor emerging AI tools and trends; recommend solutions suited to specific use cases.
Documentation: Prepare technical reports on project reviews trends and future AI opportunities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Expertise in AI/ML tools and models (e.g. Google Vertex AWS Kendra Snowflake Cortex AWS SageMaker Google AI Studio) cloud computing (AWS GCP) and big data technologies (Snowflake Redshift BigQuery).
Solid background in AI data architecture data management and responsible AI practices.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
NIST AI Framework training or certification.
Residency in Colorado is preferred.
