Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Systems Programmer (PowerShell scripts & SQL/ DB2 Developer) to execute strategic initiatives and provide expert-level support for our globally distributed Windows infrastructure.
This role is pivotal in driving infrastructure compliance optimizing infrastructure support and enhancing operational processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities/Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Strong experience with SQL and DB2 database environments.
Deep understanding of Windows Server architecture and administration.
Exposure technologies (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities:

Design implement and maintain Windows Server environments with a focus on performance reliability and scalability.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks and system monitoring.
Manage and optimize SQL and DB2 database environments including stored procedures and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects developers and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure solutions align with business needs.
Participate in system design reviews testing workshops and technical planning sessions.
Lead efforts in identifying and resolving infrastructure defects and performance issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process optimization.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Mandatory Skills:

6 Years of proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
5 Years of strong experience with SQL and DB2 database environments.
4Years of Deep understanding of Windows Server architecture and administration.
3 Years of exposure technologies (preferred but not required).
