Job Summary

Role: SAP BrazilPayroll Lead

Location : Houston TX

Duration : 3 Months Contract

Will there be travel if so will the project cover expenses: Yes Yes. Travel expected to Columbia and Brazil

This person should have experience implementing multiple SAP Payroll implementations in Brazil.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project SLB SuccessFactors HR Transformation. The client is a company that provides technology and services for the energy industry focusing on innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities: As a country payroll lead you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology function or platform. You will collaborate with the Delivery Teams. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience possess influencing and advisory skills and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Master proficiency in Payroll processes for Mexico and SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is required. Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis Solution Architecture and Solution Planning Costing & Pricing is suggested along with master proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.

Develop innovative solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
Create detailed documentation to support solution design and implementation.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution architecture.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Does the resource have to be Local: No. But should be able to speak Portuguese
