Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our team providing technical expertise and support for core IT applications and infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless IT service delivery and resolving complex technical issues while collaborating effectively with vendors and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the escalation point for technical issues guiding troubleshooting and resolution.
Collaborate with external vendors to coordinate support for advanced technical issues.
Manage and support technologies including Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server and Windows OS.
Research and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.

Necessary Skills:

Proven expertise in Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Server Windows OS and Microsoft Teams (10 years).
Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrades and migrations (3 years).
Proficiency in Powershell for task automation.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP Stack DNS and DHCP.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Windows Server Office 365 Azure) are highly desirable.
