Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Administrator/Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and administration with the ability to troubleshoot issues and enforce development standards. This role includes mentoring a junior developer and ensuring a scalable Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce providing advanced troubleshooting.
- Establish comprehensive development and deployment standards.
- Develop solutions using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Mentor junior Salesforce developer and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Technical Skills:
- 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin/Developer.
- Expertise in Salesforce development technologies: Apex Visualforce LWC.
- Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps processes and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments.
- Active Salesforce certifications (Administrator Platform Developer I/II etc.) required.
