Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content and Metadata Specialist to manage optimize and troubleshoot digital product content and metadata. This role involves large-scale data handling process improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and seamless integration across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Gather prepare upload and maintain digital product content and metadata in internal systems.
Conduct content audits and create reports to identify errors trends and areas for improvement.
Analyze content and metadata to optimize organization searchability and integration with AI-driven systems.
Understand manual processes behind automations to improve workflows and troubleshoot issues.
Build and automate business intelligence reports to identify trends and elevate issues.
Support cross-functional teams including product management data management and marketing.
Present findings and recommendations through reports and presentations.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Mathematics Marketing Data Science or 3rd-year student pursuing a degree with 2 years relevant experience.
Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas Macros and handling large datasets (2000 rows).
Experience with SQL or Microsoft Access.
Experience in metadata management tagging and content quality analysis.
Detail-oriented highly organized and able to work independently.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Familiarity with Tableau Jira Drupal Adobe Experience Manager or SAP.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or visual design.
Understanding of digital product content workflows and AI-driven search.
Project management experience and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
