Job Description
Role: AI/ML Application Developer
Location: Dallas TX (work from office in Hybrid mode)
Job Type: Contract
Note: In-person interview mandate available over Dallas TX and Charlotte NC
Required Skills:
- GenAI NLP LLM Agentic AI Prompt Engineer LangChain LangGraph Google ADK.
- Should be very well versed in deployment process too.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the integration of Agentic AI and Prompt Engineering into existing systems to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Provide expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to develop advanced language models and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage LLMs - Open Sources for innovative solutions and improvements.
- Utilize Langchain to streamline processes and optimize system performance.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Analyze project requirements and design scalable and efficient software architectures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliverables.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and project management.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong knowledge of Agentic AI and its applications in software development.
- Exhibit expertise in Prompt Engineering and its integration into complex systems
- Have a solid understanding of NLP techniques and their practical implementations.
- Show experience with LLMs - Open Sources and their utilization in innovative projects.
- Display familiarity with Langchain and its role in optimizing workflows.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
