Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and ensure the effective delivery of projects using Scrum and other Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in facilitating ceremonies removing impediments and driving continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Review Retrospective).
- Collaborate with Product Owners to groom and prioritize the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments that block the teams progress.
- Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity burndown charts etc.) to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration transparency and continuous improvement.
- Guide teams in Agile adoption and help scale Agile practices across the organization.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strong facilitation coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles SDLC and software delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira Rally Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) PSM (Professional Scrum Master) or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Experience working in Scaled Agile environments (SAFe LeSS or Spotify model).
- Background in software development or business analysis.
