Job Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer to design develop and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC integration development and solution architecture along with proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop applications using Pega PRPC (versions 8.x preferred).
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
Implement workflows business rules user interfaces and integrations with external systems.
Guide and mentor junior developers ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with architects QA teams and DevOps engineers for end-to-end delivery.
Troubleshoot performance issues optimize application components and ensure solution stability.
Document technical specifications design approaches and deployment procedures.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC design and development.
Expertise in case management BPM and business rules implementation.
Solid understanding of SOAP/REST integrations APIs and data management.
Pega certification (e.g. CSA CSSA) is mandatory.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Pega Decisioning / Pega Customer Service modules.
Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS Azure GCP) and DevOps tools.
