Hours: 5pm - 1:30am M-F with Overtime as needed
Responsibilities
As a DC Equipment Operator your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and manage warehouse equipment including forklifts pallet jacks and other machinery.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Accurately pick pack and ship orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to determine maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to successfully implement daily shipping plans and exceed performance goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you should have:
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Capability to operate during the 2nd shift which involves evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $34.66-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
