Raytheons Field Engineering team is seeking a Technical this dual role you will provide technical reach backsupport and program training as well as be responsiblefor training and certifying Field Engineers prior during and after deployments.

This onsite position is in Tucson AZ participating in offsite locations.

Travel is up to 50% CONUS and up to 25% OCONUS for short-term business trips with short-term notice.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for planning integrating and executing training to meet mission deadlines.
  • Operate in parallel with Coyote Engineering Staff as well as regularly communicating with the Tucson Engineering team.
  • Develop implement maintain and evaluate including written verbal hands-on and tactical measurements of trainingeffectiveness / comprehension.
  • Developtraining program according to Programneeds regulatory requirements and QualityManagementSystem.
  • Analyze /developtraining based on current deployed operations.
  • Write programliterature / materials;design exercises to enhance lectures.
  • Conduct safety security installation maintenance machinery and equipment classes.
  • Deploy / Assess trainingneedsand certification requirements.
  • Prepare / conduct training material and classroom agenda ensuring the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
  • Createcomprehensive and effective materials (course outlines background material instructional materials and training aids) and assist with development of technical manuals.
  • Provide regular detailed briefs to program management.
  • Provide Coyote UAS weapon platform as well as provide 24/7 reach-backsupportfor CONUS/OCONUS (deployed Field Service Representative(s).
  • Providecustomersupportwhere necessary / perform maintenanceneedsin the absence of available Field Service Representatives.
  • Provide support for Coyote and Radar test events and periodic safety training to Field Service Representative(s) and provide engineering team field feedback.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelors in science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience working with military C-UAS systems.
  • Experience briefing senior level management.
  • Experience with developing implementing maintaining and evaluations including written verbal hands-on and tactical measurements of trainingeffectiveness / comprehension.
  • Experience with electronic resources and test equipment used in electronic installation maintenance and testing.
  • Experience training and leading large multinational teams.
  • Experience using the LINUX or UNIX.
  • Experience with deployment in a combatenvironment.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Comprehension of Microsoft Office suite of computer applications.
  • Excellentself-starter and ability to align priorities.
  • Excellenttechnical writing oralcommunication.
  • Knowledge of Sensitive Information Procedures.

Special Work Circumstances:

Must be willing and able to travel to environments that may include harsh living conditions (extreme heat and cold living conditions etc.) and/or hostile work environment with little notification.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSACAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website here: salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
