About the Role
StaffAnchor is hiring for a leading EdTech company in the study abroad space. As a Senior Admission Counsellor you will guide students and parents through their overseas education journey from understanding aspirations to securing university admissions across destinations like USA UK Germany Canada and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person counselling sessions with students and parents
- Recommend suitable universities courses and destinations based on aspirations and eligibility
- Support with applications documentation interviews and visa processes
- Build trust and long-term relationships to drive conversions
- Achieve counselling and enrollment targets
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in admissions counselling or education sales (minimum 1 year in the same organization)
- Knowledge of study abroad processes preferred (training provided)
- Graduation in any stream (Postgraduate preferred)
