The Role
We currently have a fantastic career opportunity for motivatedcasual Reservations Agents based at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport in Mascot.
The ReservationsAgent is responsible and accountable for the administration of all reservations and inbound call enquires special guest requests as well as ensuring the accurate inputting and processing of all reservations information. This role is also responsible ofup-selling and promoting the Hotels facilities through strong product knowledge.
The successful candidate must have
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Reservation Department;
- Passion to deliver a 5-star service at all times;
- Excellent Communication skills;
- Impeccable grooming and well mannered;
- Ability to work in a team environmentthat aims to achieve a high level of service;
- Knowledge of Opera system will be advantageous;
