Join our mission-driven team at St. Camillus where compassionate care meets clinical excellence. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Jesuit Community area overseeing nursing operations staffing and resident care planning. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a faith-based resident-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise RN/LPN Case Managers Supervisors and direct care staff.
- Ensure high-quality clinical care and compliance with nursing standards.
- Manage staffing scheduling payroll and PTO approvals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams families and external providers.
- Coordinate outbreak responses vaccine clinics and health department reporting.
- Conduct audits evaluations and performance coaching.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.
- Participate in QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Nursing Degree required; BSN preferred.
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (unrestricted).
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in long-term care.
- Strong communication leadership and computer skills.
- CPR certification required.
- Proven success in resident-focused care and team management.
