- Pay Rate: $21/hour
- Shifts Available:Monday Friday 11am 5pm (flexible on exact hours)
- 29.75 hours per week total hours 4 days in office one day remote

Job Responsibilities:
- We are hiring an administrative customer-service-oriented individual for part-time contract role working with ADMs Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Coordinator.
- Our Recruitment Coordinators work with our candidates recruiters and hiring managers to support various aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- From responding to candidates expressing interest in roles to scheduling to supporting the onboarding process the coordinators have a hand in ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Our recruitment coordinators possess excellent communication skills a positive demeanor strong attention to detail and enjoy multi-tasking and learning new processes!
- This position is hybrid 25-29 hours per week and based in Decatur IL or another ADM location.
Job Requirement:
- Establish a foundational level of knowledge regarding ADMs staffing philosophies and processes
- Gain exposure and build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the organization
- Work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the recruiting process by providing support to a team of recruiters across multiple lines of business
- Support job posting open house events and career fairs sourcing and candidate engagement
- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate any travel arrangements
- Ensure a positive and efficient onboarding experience for all new hires
Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and standard Microsoft Applications (excel)
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
- Demonstrated sound decision-making ability and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Creativity with a desire to learn and grow
- Adaptability confidentiality and strong communication skills
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system is a plus but not a requirement.
