DESCRIPTION:
The is a strategic leader responsible for advancing initiatives that promote employee well-being and strengthen community partnerships. This role is a key partner in building relationships on and off campus that generate goodwill and have a positive impact on the image and reputation of the organization. This role oversees the planning execution and evaluation of programs that align with the organizations Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) ensuring measurable impact and long-term sustainability. The CEEW also leads internal communications related to wellness and engagement fostering a culture of transparency inclusion and shared purpose. This position requires a great deal of autonomy strong project management skills comfort with public speaking cross-functional collaboration and a passion for building meaningful connections both inside and outside the organization.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in public health Communications Organizational Development or related field or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
5 years of experience in wellness community engagement or program management.
Proven experience in internal communications and cross-functional Project Leadership.
Strong project management and data analysis skills.
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication abilities.
