Job Summary
Lupes Mexican Eatery is looking for cashiers. We are located on 33621 Del Obispo St Ste F in the beautiful city of Dana Point CA
Our ideal candidate is self-driven punctual and engaged with exceptional hospitality skills.
Responsibilities:
*Guest Service: Greeting guest answering questions and providing information about products and services.
*Handling Transactions: ringing in items properly applying discounts accepting payments (cash credit/debit cards checks) and giving change.
*Operating Cash Register: Using the register to process transactions and balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
*Expediter coordination: Ensuring that orders are prepared accurately and timely by the kitchen. Packing large volume of takeout order accurately and properly to secure quality of goods.
*Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the checkout area clean and organized but not limited too.
*Inventory Management: Assisting with restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels.
*Promoting Offers: Informing customers about special promotions loyalty programs and store policies.
*Security: Watching for fraudulent transactions and maintaining a secure environment.
Qualifications:
-Exceptional hospitality skill
-Multitasking Ability- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously such as handling transactions while addressing guest needs.
-Experience is a plusbut not required.
-Team motivated
-Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
