Job Description
Title: Facilities Engineer
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $95/hr. - $99/hr.
Location: Baltimore MD area -Position Available to Local Candidates or Travelers
Position Type:Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Facilities Engineers key responsibilities include managing HVAC cleanrooms and deionized water systems ensuring compliance with safety regulations coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors and responding to critical facility alarms to support uninterrupted production.
- Support facilities operations team to monitor and troubleshoot existing facilities equipment.
- Provide new system designs for facilities equipment for facility expansions or in support of new process needs. Ensure designs comply with all applicable standards codes and regulations.
- Provide input to design and planning scenarios to ensure system capacities meet requirements
- Develop cost and schedule estimates.
- Provide engineering support through all phases of planning and construction for new building or system expansions including startup and commissioning of equipment.
Requirements:
10 years of semiconductor industry experience.
Must be US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
Educational Requirements:
Professional Engineering license required with emphasis in Facilities preferred - Either in the state of MD or reciprocity of other states to MD.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time ability tobend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
