As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Finance Integrations team you will ensure new digital products and services are seamlessly integrated into J.P. Morgans firmwide finance risk treasury cash management and regulatory reporting systems. Work closely with product technology and control teams to design test and implement new solutions. Partner with stakeholders across the firm to understand requirements and drive process improvements and play a key role in supporting product launches and ongoing enhancements helping us deliver best-in-class financial services.
Job responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers to define and update processes and controls for new product launches
Communicate requirements clearly to enable effective design and implementation of new functionalities
Support the design development validation testing and deployment of banking processes and controls
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services trends and regulations to inform recommendations
Liaise with stakeholders across the firm to gather requirements and drive solutions
Analyze and interpret reporting and regulatory requirements at both local and US levels
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Experience in banking products processes reporting standards and control frameworks
Extensive experience planning prioritizing and delivering in large-scale project environments
Application of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
Experience in process discovery design testing and improvement within banking
Ability to collaborate with product process design operations finance risk and treasury teams
Independent decision-making skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
Accounting or financial qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experience with regulations such as CRR/CRD DGSD PSD FRB SEC PRA FCA BaFin Bundesbank ECB
Awareness of Agile principles processes and best practices
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
