We are delighted to be working with one of the UKs most acclaimed dining destinations a world-renowned 2 Michelin Star restaurant celebrated for its innovation creativity and exceptional guest experience. This is a rare opportunity for a charismatic hands-on Restaurant Manager to join a truly iconic establishment and lead an exceptional front-of-house team.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Restaurant Manager
- 50000 to 55000 package (Negotiable for the right person)
- 4-day working week
- 5 weeks holiday including: 2 weeks at Christmas 2 weeks in summer and 1 week in spring

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Leading the restaurants front of house operations with presence charisma and precision
- Delivering an unforgettable guest journey in line with 2 Michelin Star standards
- Recruiting inspiring and mentoring a passionate team with a strong focus on training and development
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless experience from kitchen to table
- Upholding and enhancing the restaurants reputation as one of the UKs most exclusive dining experiences
About you
- You will be a natural host personable engaging and utterly obsessed with guest experience
- Hands-on in your approach with the ability to lead from the floor and set the tone for excellence
- Proven track record at the highest level within Michelin-starred or world-renowned fine dining restaurants
- A passion for training developing and inspiring your team to deliver service that matches the very best in the world
