Job Summary
Project Overview:
Our client an Enterprise SaaS company is focused on expanding its Professional Services line of business. This Business line is experiencing accelerated growth but faces capacity constraints leading to the need for external Solution Architects to stabilize delivery while hiring continues. The goal is to ensure timely delivery of the fast-growing product portfolio while rebuilding the hiring pipeline without adding management burden to the core team.

Contract type: Service entrust contract (業務委託) Project-based contrac
Compensation: 10000 - 12000 JPY / hour
Scope of Services:
- Engagement Setup: Agree on scope stabilize active projects and establish a working cadence with governance touchpoints.
- Delivery Phase: Capture and sign off workflows and requirements progress configuration in tight loops and establish integration points.
- Program Outcomes: Achieve on-time delivery within budget reduce strain on the core team and ensure a smooth handover to permanent Solution Architects.
- Project Governance: Own plan schedule risk escalation and on-time/on-budget delivery; PMP preferred.
- Integration Fluency: Orchestrate with Salesforce and Azure
- Documentation Discipline: Produce clear requirements definitions workflow/state diagrams and configuration notes for partners/engineers.
Language Requirements:
- Bilingual Leadership (JP/EN): Facilitate with business & IT lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders in Japanese while coordinating with global teams in English.
