Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY

Position Summary:
- Directs and manages the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the property
- Oversee all preventative maintenance repairs
- Create develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and for equipment and relationship building
- Managing the engineering maintenance team and supporting them with operational tasks
- Actively identify conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment
- Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives with the traveller in mind
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Four Points core values
About You:
- Relevant managerial experience in general maintenance property maintenance in hotels facilities residential or commercial.
