Job Title: Coating Operator
Location: Suwanee GA
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $24.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Coating Operators for a company located in Suwanee!
Qualifications for Coating Operators:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Basic computer skills.
Basic math skills.
Experience with conformal coating of PCB assemblies or similar coating process.
Must have PC Board level soldering skills.
Familiar with workmanship standards or IPC-A610.
Working knowledge of mechanical assembly from parts layout and fabrications of final assembly.
Familiar with electrical/electronic assembly from components to final assembly.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Coating Operators:
Performs set-up and operating of coating equipment including pcba conveyors and unloaders.
Making all specified areas to be protected from conformal coating.
Load program and troubleshoot automated spray coating equipment.
Mix conformal coating solution.
Set up and operate automated spray equipment.
Perform manual conformal coating operations of PCB assemblies.
Visually inspect and clean PCB assemblies.
Inspect and touch-up conformal coated products.
Support other areas as assigned by Production Manager.
May work with small parts and/or work under microscope.
Performs repair and modification work involving electrical and/or mechanical connections.
Inspects own work on electronics and mechanical assemblies to produce a quality product.
Operates production equipment.
Shift Details: Monday-Friday 3:00PM-12:00PM
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
