Dometic is a global leader in the mobile living industry serving millions of customers in the outdoor home and professional sectors. We are on a growth journey and currently seeking a Rewards Specialist to join our great EMEA HR team. The role is located at our office in central Budapest.
As a Rewards Specialist you will play a central role in shaping how we attract motivate and retain talent through fair competitive and forward-looking compensation and benefits practices. Reporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards EMEA you will support and help develop core Reward processes contribute to regional projects and bring in new ideas on how digitalization and AI can enhance our ways of working.
Your main responsibilities
Your work will directly connect people strategy to organizational performance and business addition you will oversee certain local HR administration and office coordination tasks ensuring smooth operations for our Budapest site.
This is a unique opportunity to combine specialist expertise in Rewards with hands-on HR and office support while growing your skills in a dynamic global environment.
Rewards & HR Support (Core Focus): Drive and support the execution of Compensation & Benefits processes including salary reviews incentive programs performance management and annual compensation cycles.
Contribute to regional strategic projects e.g. pay transparency job architecture development sales incentive framework.
Help identify opportunities to digitalize and innovate Reward processes exploring the use of AI and modern HR tech.
Prepare and analyze HR and Rewards reports to highlight trends ensure accuracy and support data-driven decisions.
Ensure accurate HR administration for the Budapest office (employment contracts payroll inputs occupational health and benefits administration).
Office Administration (Secondary Focus):
Coordinate selected daily office operations (e.g supply orders invoices transport bookings).
Maintain tracking systems (e.g. time management system vacation logs company car use).
Serve as the local GDPR contact person ensuring data privacy compliance.
