Things youll do in this role:

Build and manage People processes: onboarding payroll performance reviews partnership with our Chief of Staff and Chief People Officer.
Build rituals and systems that strengthen culture and employee experience.
Provide managers and leaders with the data information and tools they need to do their jobs effectively.
Support general and business operations as neededwere a lean ops team by design and were all generalists.

Things were looking for:

Excellent at managing time and juggling quick wins alongside bigger strategic projects.
A brilliant communicator. Youre the kind of person whos known for hearing whats not being saidand for being able to get people excited about anything.
You will have designed processes from scratch many times before thought conceptually about the purpose of each and be experienced in tracking metrics which allow you to understand their efficacy.
