Due to growth they are looking for a Client Communications Executive to join their team.
You dont need to have a background in financial services were open to candidates with a couple of years experience in customer service within a professional services environment.
Full training will be provided though any knowledge of investments savings or pensions would be a real advantage.
Some of the Client Communications Executive responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients addressing enquiries and concerns.
- Managing client accounts and ensuring services meet their needs.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Identifying opportunities to add value to client relationships.
This is a full-time permanent role offering a salary ofdepending on experience.
