The SFBU Student Course Quality Reviewer will support San Francisco Bay University (SFBU) by thoroughly testing and reviewing online courses in a pre-launch test environment. This role is designed to ensure that courses are accessible functional and engaging for international students and the broader student community. The reviewer will navigate courses from the learners perspective verifying that videos links and assignments function properly and that the overall course experience reflects accuracy and quality. The position is part-time non-exempt requiring 610 hours per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive quality assurance reviews of online courses prior to deployment.
• Verify that all course elements (videos links documents and assignments) are functional and accessible. Review courses through the lens of an international student noting clarity usability and accessibility concerns.
• Provide constructive feedback on the overall student experience including design navigation and communication flow.
• Document and report any issues or errors in a clear organized format.
• Collaborate with course developers and staff to recommend improvements that enhance course quality and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at SFBU and have successfully completed at least one term.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication abilities.
• Professionalism and ability to follow established procedures.
• Capacity to work independently manage tasks effectively and take initiative.

Salary Range: $18-22/hour; Nonexempt P/T 10 hours per week. This position is not eligible for benefits.
