Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. (hours may vary)
Location: Tulsa OK

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Metal Polisher to join a busy Tulsa manufacturing team. This role is hands-on and requires working with a variety of metals including brass bronze aluminum gold and silver. A successful Metal Polisher will demonstrate precision quality focus and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deburr grind and polish sheet metal and castings using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret job travelers blueprints and drawings to ensure proper finishes.
- Identify and correct surface defects to achieve smooth finishes.
- Set up and operate standard manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain focus on quality reporting defects as needed.
- Follow company standards meet deadlines and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with shop equipment power tools and polishing equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential physical tasks (standing bending handling tools pushing/pulling).
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise dust and temperature changes.
