Pay: $18 $25/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join a Tulsa-based fabrication team. The CNC Laser Operator will be responsible for programming and operating a 6KW laser plate cutter equipped with a shuttle table ensuring accuracy efficiency and quality in every project. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong technical knowledge a commitment to safety and an eye for precision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and program a 6KW laser plate cutter with shuttle table to cut steel aluminum and other metals.
Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and job orders.
Load and align materials properly on the shuttle table monitoring cutting operations.
Optimize cutting paths and nesting layouts using CAD/CAM software (BySoft SigmaNEST or similar).
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished parts using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Track production data and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean safe work area and follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
2 years of CNC laser operation and programming experience (preferably 6KW).
Knowledge of metals cutting speeds and tolerances.
Experience with shuttle tables for efficient material handling.
Proficient in CAD/CAM laser programming software.
Strong problem-solving skills mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
