Job Summary and Responsibilities
You will direct the operations work with Sr. Director Periop and Procedural services and Nurse Manager Periop on key initiatives and work with other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast paced environments.
California Hospital has just opened a new patient tower to invest in the future of healthcare in our community. Together with your help we can ensure that we become the hospital that our city needs us to be.
The biggest impact of this project is not the physical building but in how it opens new pathways to lift up the health of our community over the long term. The more efficient and inviting campus will allow us to serve as a hub and access point for a full range of services that extend beyond the traditional reach of a hospital.

Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Masters degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g. MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience required.
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
