Job Summary

Our client is looking for a meticulous Technical Desktop Publisher to transform existing content into polished Word documents Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Youll work with our team of technical experts to refine/revamp/edit existing training content and ensure every deliverable aligns with brand guidelines standards and project requirements - all while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert and format source files into Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint files

- Apply consistent styles templates typography and branding elements

- Design and update charts tables and embedded graphics for clarity and visual impact

- Collaborate with subject-matter experts editors and designers to verify content accuracy

- Troubleshoot formatting challenges and optimize files for print and digital distribution

- Maintain document integrity through version control and revision tracking

- Develop refine and enhance templates and style guides

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong eye for layout typography and visual hierarchy

- Experience working with complex tables charts and embedded objects

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Clear communication and collaborative teamwork abilities

- Working knowledge of document accessibility standards and best practices

Education & Experience

5 years of related work experience
Preferred - Bachelors degree in graphic design technical publication communications or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop publishing or technical documentation

4. Preferred Associates degree applicable
