Facilities Coordinator

Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefield and play a key role in supporting our Inland Revenue and VTNZ Facilities contract.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Wellington. This role is integral in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly service levels exceed expectations and client relationships remain strong.

Job Description

About the Role

As Facilities Coordinator you will:

  • Support the delivery of services under the Master Services Agreement (MSA).

  • Manage contractor performance ensuring compliance with KPIs and service standards.

  • Act as the escalation point for the Client Service Centre helping resolve issues quickly.

  • Assist with subcontractor management invoicing and accreditation requirements.

  • Maintain accurate systems records and reporting (including JDE updates).

  • Contribute to innovation continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • At least 1 years experience in property or facilities management.

  • Strong administration and documentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage contractors and build relationships.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Excel Word Outlook (JDE experience preferred).

  • A proactive team-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.
