Job Summary
TMC Technologies is searching for aLead Systems Administrator (Windows) to join our team on a bid effort to provide Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure support services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).
This position requires a TS or TS/SCI security clearance. Work is expected to start in August 2026. The primary place of performance is Dahlgren VA.
Requirements
TS or TS/SCI Security clearance
Six (6) years of professional work and leadership experience in relation to Windows system administration of networks and software systems.
Experience in system backup/recovery basic software management security and library management installation and configuration of hardware operating systems and COTS software operating computer systems in different operating environments sizing performance tuning hardware/software /network trouble shooting and resource allocation.
Experience in maintaining proficiency on major network security tools such as firewalls.
Experience developing system specifications and performing market research procurement tasks.
Experience with computing/networking vulnerabilities and latest detect methods.
Experience with different network protocols including TCP/IP.
This position isdesignated as IAT Level II (CCNA-SecurityGICSPGSEC Security CE SSCP)
