DescriptionGlobal Prime Risk Reporting Analyst DLL Group
The Group Risk Reporting Team provides reporting and analytics across Group and Regional Risk departments from MT / EB reporting to localized RRC reporting. Due to the broad breadth od scope that the team covers we are taking on a new reporting system called Prime.
Prime is a Non-Financial Risk Reporting Power BI Platform originally developed in Europe and to be rolled out globally for all Regions / Countries to use. It involves the delivery of daily data sets from Archer into PRIME for the Regions / Countries to track progress on their Non-Financial Risks (OPRIs Residual Risks Findings and Controls amongst others).
As a Prime Risk Reporting Analyst your primary role will be to
- Support the Prime system roll-out to Regions & Countries providing technical support and maintenance.
- Support the on-going activities of Prime including updates enhancements and future developments.
- Keep detailed and up to date documentation on the process flows of the program and conduct annual BCBS239 attestation.
- Provide training and support to Group and Regional / Country colleagues using the Prime system.
- Look for and proactively implement new features and time saving opportunities within the system.
- Create a secondary support network for Prime support for holiday or absence periods within the team.
In addition to being the Primary Point on Prime other responsibilities will be as follows:
- Create using Archer data a suite of NFR reports for both Group / Regional / Country use. (Template already established).
- Assist in making key risk reporting BCBS239 compliant (CRO / RAS and Prime)
- Utilise knowledge of MS tools to help further develop Power App capability.
- Utilise knowledge of MS tools to help drive automation of reporting within other IRM NFR reports (eg Outsourcing and data from One Trust).
- Work closely with team members to help upskill and look for opportunities to further improve / enhance established reporting.
- Drive CoE way of working for CLR MI quality and reporting requirements within Group IRM

Essentials:
- Expert knowledge of Rabo Bank & DLL Risk and requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI how to use and code.
- In-depth knowledge of other MS Tools such as Power Apps etc.
- Proven experience in Risk reporting and using data and analytics to drive automation and change
- Good communication skills with the ability to articulate change and issues correctly.
- Keen eye for detail and used to working with data.
