QUALITY COMPLIANCE SENIOR MANAGER CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION

What you will do

In this vital role you will drive continuous improvement and change management within Amgens R&D Quality Organization. You will provide expert support to create and manage R&D controlled processes strengthening R&D quality processes supporting global business process owners and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the Digital Quality Management System (DQMS) in R&D
Partner with R&D teams to design and implement process changes and new improvement initiatives
Lead projects driven by management reviews or high-impact quality events.
Provide expertise in developing revising and implementing controlled processes.
Guide R&D functions and process owners through organizational change and compliance requirements
Collaborate with training and business process leaders to deliver effective communication and training strategies.
Manage and analyze data across systems and tools (e.g. Excel Smartsheet) to support improvement activities.

Degree educated
Relevant experience and knowledge of GCP GLP and/or GPvP
Experience with quality management systems and familiarity with project management tools/methodologies
Previous experience in Continuous Improvement/Change Management
Strong attention to detail problem-solving and relationship-building skills as well as ability to work independently in fast-paced global settings
Proficiency in Smartsheet MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams WebEx)
Excellent written and verbal communication
